We ship to US addresses only. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 business days. Delivery time is additional and depends on where the package is being shipped to. Some products may be shipped from another warehouse and may take longer to arrive.
Socks and customized items may take up to 14 days to process and ship.

Macee Leigh, LLC. offers a return on most products within seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the sale. To be eligible for a refund or store credit, the merchandise must be unopened, unused, and the product must not be damaged in any way. Products must be returned in their original and unopened packaging and the packaging must not be altered, damaged, or marked, or written upon in any way. Samples are not eligible for returns.
Products purchased from a Specialist’s replicated website and shipped directly to the customer by Macee Leigh must be returned to Macee Leigh and a refund or store credit will be issued to the customer. Products sold to a customer by a Specialist from their inventory on hand or any method other than on the Specialist’s replicated website must be returned to the Specialist who sold the merchandise, and it shall be the responsibility of the Specialist to issue the refund to the customer.
No refund is available for products damaged by abuse or misuse, or to product sold on a closeout or clearance sale. Customers are responsible for all incurred shipping expenses except when the return is a result of an error made by Macee Leigh.
Macee Leigh will not issue store credits or exchange any products that have been received for free or as a reward or prize. Products purchased with a coupon, as part of any special offer, or at any discount will only receive store credit for the original amount of purchase. Products must be eligible for replacement or credit according to the other rules of this return policy.
Product may not be eligible for a refund or store credit if not properly packaged for return.
Before returning merchandise to Macee Leigh, you must first email email@example.com and include your Order Number, Product Name, and Reason for returning. Upon approval, you will obtain a Return Authorization (“RA”) Number. Once your return is authorized, write the RA number on the exterior of the package. Packages without an RA number clearly visible will be rejected.
You are responsible to track and retain records of your product credits. You should expect to receive your refund within four (4) weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for the Company to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes Macee Leigh to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you receive an item that is damaged, broken, or defective please contact us as soon as possible. Macee Leigh only accepts these claims within three (3) business days of receipt. Please examine each shipment of product. Photos may be requested. If the damage or defect is a direct result of the shipping carrier, you may be asked to help participate in any claims. Macee Leigh may file to collect compensation for damages.
Limit of one return per order.
Shipments lost by carrier or shipped to an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer and the carrier. Macee Leigh is not responsible for packages once they have left the warehouse, but can assist with information such as ship dates and tracking for aid in locating shipment. Orders are not eligible for a refund because of an incorrect shipping address.
If there is an error in your shipment, contact Macee Leigh within three (3) business days.
All Macee Leigh products are subject to this return policy. Macee Leigh is not responsible for your failure to acknowledge this policy or failure to follow the instructions on this policy, and it will result in a denial of your return request.
